Your supply will be located to the rear of your pitch. You will be required to have a suitable extension cable to reach your connection point. If you do not have a suitable extension cable, please add a 25m 16a extension cable to your order.

Please ensure that all your equipment has a valid electrical safety certificate (PAT certificate).

1. We cannot guarantee being able to provide an electricity supply for orders after 1^st June 2026 or orders on-site, nor will the organisers or we be held liable for any losses through failure to pre-order.
2. We advise on early booking to take advantage of the early bird booking rates.
3. Where we are able to provide a supply after the 5^th June or on-site, the rates will be subject to a late booking fees.
4. Due to the nature of supply, ie from Generator Sets, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted supply. We will however make every attempt to reinstate the supply as soon as possible.  We will not be held liable for any loss suffered through matters beyond our control.
5. You are required to provide a valid electrical safety certificate (PAT test) for all electrical equipment. Where you are advised that an item of electrical equipment is faulty this shall be removed from the supply immediately and should not be re-connected without prior authorisation, from a member of the Gofer Team.
6. Sub-letting of electricity supply is NOT ALLOWED and will lead to immediate disconnection of supply and confiscation of connecting leads. The same applies to unauthorised connection to supply at one of our termination points.  If you connect to our supply without authority, you hereby agree to pay the maximum rate for supply available at that point, regardless of period of connection or load connected.
7. To comply with regulations, you are only allowed to connect and terminate supplies using Ceeform type sockets and connectors. Available for hire via the Gofer website.
8. Gofer Limited reserves the right to apply a 20% administration fee to any refund made due to cancellations up until the 15^th  After the 15^th May no refund will be issued.
9. In the event that the show organiser postpones the event, your booking will be automatically carried over to the new date. No refunds will be issued.
10. In the event that the show organisers cancel the event, Gofer reserves the right to apply a minimum 20% administration fee to any refund made plus any additional costs occurred at the point of cancellation.

A £50 deposit will be required on the day before the cable is provided.  The deposit will be paid back upon return of the cable.
